The R Gluer applies precise, super thin coatings of water based adhesive to paper substrates and is used extensively 鈥淒uplexing鈥�/laminating these materials.
Available in roller widths of 9, 12, 15, 18, and 21 inches.
  • Coats very thin paper to rigid paperboard up to 1/8鈥� thick.
  • Perfect for invitations and business cards.
  • Applies a wide range of adhesive.
  • Easy to set up for short runs.
  • Very easy to clean up.
  • The full load amperage requirement for the 120V R Gluer 9, 12, 15, 18 and 21" is 6.4Amp/50-60Hz.
Materials laminated with water-based adhesives must be compressed. In some cases, the glued substrates must be held in compression until the glue bond has dried completely.
